I was hugely impressed that you had recognised Latvia in the quite blurry shape in the background. Could have been anywhere. It was only when I zoomed in and saw the word “Latvia” on the bottom left that I realised you’d had a significant hint. But it at least narrows the date to between 1918 and 1940!.
