Brighouse’s Brutalist Rally

The line of cars looks vaguely like the front row of some brutalist rally, awaiting the flag to drop so they can accelerate off into the canal at Brighouse. And when they eventually sink below the cold Calder waves, the giant concrete car dispenser will deposit a replacement row, all ready to go.

A re-scan of a medium format negative originally shot in the early 1980s. I am not sure if such passageways are called snickets in Oxfordshire. If they are not, they should be.
